Need to reprint your confirmation?
Visit MyOrders. Here you can login to check out what you saw, when you booked it, and how much it was! Plus, if the booking is in the future, you can choose to reprint your print@home confirmation!

Collecting Your Tickets
Please ensure that you bring the confirmation of your purchase and the credit card you used when collecting your tickets from your chosen cinema. All tickets must be collected from the box office/candy bar. Please arrive at the cinema in plenty of time to collect your tickets - we recommend that you arrive at least 30 mins prior to the start of your session.
Gold Class Online Tickets
Gold Class tickets may be collected from the Gold Class Lounge - just present your confirmation to any of the cinema staff for directions to the lounge.
Please note that Gold Class sessions are for patrons over 18 years only. Terms and conditions are available on the ticketing pages.
