You can use your gift card as many times as you want, at any of our Cinemas* until the balance reaches zero.
If your purchase is more than the amount available on your gift card, you can make up the full amount with another type of tender accepted in our cinemas. For example:
• Cash
• A credit or charge card
• EFTPOS
Some helpful hints...
• Treat your gift card like cash – lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
• Once a gift card has been purchased, the value on it cannot be increased.
• Your gift card will expire 12 months from the date it was purchased.
• There are no fees or charges associated with using gift cards.

Can I choose the Value of my Movie Card?
There are set values of $30, $40, $50, $75, $100 and $150. You can choose any of those amounts however only one set value per card.
What is the PIN on my gift card?

On the back of your gift card is a scratch panel. Scratch this to reveal your card's 4-digit Access PIN. You will need this PIN when you make purchases or check your balance.
How can I check the balance of my gift card?

How do I know how much is on my card?
A receipt will be printed after every transaction stating the value left on the card. Alternatively,
you can request a card balance without making a purchase by asking the Ticket Box staff.
What happens if the value of my purchase is more than the value on the card?
You will need to pay the remaining amount by another method of payment eg. cash, EFTPOS.
If my purchase is less than the value of the card, do I receive change?
You will be given the Gift Card back with the remaining value on it. We do not give back change
in cash.
Can I use a Gift Card to purchase tickets online?
Of course! Just follow the simple 'Using your Gift Card' instructions on the right hand side of this page.
Can I top up the card with more value?
No. You will need to purchase a new card.
What happens if I lose my card?
We cannot replace or refund lost or stolen cards. Treat the card like cash and keep it in a safe place.
Can I only use a Gold Class Gift Card in Gold Class?
No - all cards can be used at any of our traditional, Silverscreen or Gold Class cinemas. Eg. Gold Class Gift Cards can be used in traditional cinemas.
How long is the Movie Gift card valid for?
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months. The expiry date is stamped on the back of the card and prints on your receipt.
Can I refund or exchange my Movie Gift Card for cash?
Gift Cards can only be refunded on the date of Purchase, providing no value has been used. There are no refunds after this date or if the card has been used for a purchase. We do not exchange any of the balance on the card for cash.

Step 01:
Just click Buy Your Tickets online, choose your cinema, movie and session time - and choose your tickets
Step 02:
Enter the card details on the payment page and check the Gift Card balance.- You will need to enter the card number and special PIN from under the scratch panel on the card.
- If the total cost of the items you are purchasing is greater than the balance on the Movie Gift Card you will need to use a credit card to make up the difference.
Step 03:
Once approved, the transaction is complete! You will be issued with a receipt stating the expiry date and remaining balance.
