- The competition commences at 12.01am AEST on 23/07/2009 and closes at midnight AEST on 19/08/2009 (‘Promotion Period’).

Village Movie Club (Village Movie Club memberships is free and is available by fully completing online registration at www.villagecinemas.com.au, (eligible entrants must have all mandatory fields completed including their name and email address details to be eligible for entry in the draw) (“Eligible Participants”).
As a condition of entry entrants must be available to accept the prize as stated (including the dates outlined), in condition 6, in it’s entirety (“eligible participants”).
- No responsibility will be taken by the Promoters for any ineligible or lost entries or entries submitted or received by the Promoters after the closing date. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions are incomplete, or submitted or received by the Promoters after the closing date will be declared void.
- The competition prize draw of winners will take place at 12.00pm AEST on 20/08/2009, at the office of the Promoter, located at 49 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000. All winners will be contacted within two days of the prize draw by phone and mail relying on contact details provided by the entrant. The Major Prize winners will also be announced in The Australian newspaper on 27/08/2009. If the winner is unable confirm his/her eligibility to take the prize in it’s entirety and on the dates outlined in condition 6, by 5pm on 28/8/2009, the winner will forfeit the prize and no compensation will be paid in lieu. The Promoters will conduct a redraw at the same time and place as the original draw on 10/12/2009 and any winner will be contacted by phone and mail, and will also be announced in The Australian newspaper on 17/12/2009. The winner/s agree to allow The Shooting Star Picture Company Pty Ltd (ABN 53 063 741 328 – “Shooting Star”) the following: to record them (videotape and/or voice) for the inclusion in the above named TV Production, edit the recording into the programme for use in media, the use of the winner/s name, voice, biographic or other information they may provide during the course of the recording, screen and broadcast the recording of the programme, use excerpts of the recording for publicity and advertising. (Reference to “the recording” in this release includes any and all edited versions made by the producer).
- Please note the prize will need to be taken on specified dates with a period of notice provided. If the winner fails to accept this condition, they will forfeit the prize.
- The prize does not include spending money, meals or taxes not included in the price of the tickets, ground transportation (other than those expressly stated), and any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and his/her nominated travel companion.

- Flights are non-redeemable for cash.

- Changes to domestic flight details once booked will incur a $40 AUD per person per change fee.

- The winner and his/her nominated travel companion must possess a valid passport with at least 6 month validity for international travel and who have no previous criminal convictions and no reason why they would not be permitted to travel and be granted entry into the United States of America.
- The winner will be required to submit a Visa Waiver Application and have that Visa Waiver application accepted prior to taking the prize. Winners must allow 72 hours for the Visa waiver to be accepted prior to departure.
- The name on your airfare bookings must appear exactly as written in your passport and that of your travelling companion. The Promoters are not responsible for denied boarding or any re-issue costs charged by the airline due to an incorrect name supplied to the Promoters.
- The Promoters are not responsible for any inconvenience or any costs or fees incurred by airline flight delays, lost luggage, cancellation or disruption of air service. Air transportation is subject to the terms and conditions of the airline’s terms and conditions. You agree to abide by such terms and conditions including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due. You understand that any violation of any such rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) and/or in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable to any person for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
- The Promoters reserve the right to redraw the prize in the event of an entrant failing to comply with these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the prize by 19/11/2009. If the prize remains unclaimed by that date, a second draw will be held at 12.00pm AEST on 10/12/2009 at the same location as the original draw. Any expired event or ‘experience’ of the prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be paid in lieu. Disposal of any unclaimed prizes may be made subject to any written directions given by any government authority and pursuant to any relevant legislation. All unclaimed prize draw winners will be contacted by phone and mail immediately. Any winner/s will also be announced in The Australian newspaper on 17/12/2009.
- The Promoters, other entities associated with this competition and their related bodies corporate, and each of their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless in respect of any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained, as a result of or arising from the winner’s acceptance and use of the prize, except to the extent that any such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Entry details remain the property of the Promoters. Acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance by the winner of these terms and conditions and approval to use the winner’s name and photograph for publicity purposes, unless specifically requested by the winner not to do so at the time of accepting the prize.
- If the competition does not run for its duration due to, but not limited to, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the Promoters control that corrupts or affects administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the competition, the Promoters reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. - Harry Potter set experience includes an opportunity to visit the Harry Potter film studios in England for an unforgettable filming experience. The day begins with a tour of the Harry Potter sets to get a glimpse at the magic that goes into making the films including a visit to the art department, costume design and creature effects, as well as a visit with many of the real animals that have appeared in all of the films.
Winners may even have a chance to meet members of the cast before they head off to make-up and wardrobe to be transformed into a witch or wizard. They will then step on to a set for a unique and exciting filming experience, where they will be given direction and filmed in the role of one of the magical framed ‘moving’ portrait characters that have adorned the walls in all of the Harry Potter films.
The Promoters make no guarantee that any cast members will be present during the visit. Even if they are present, if security concerns or other pertinent concerns restrict their availability the winner will not necessarily meet them. While at the shooting location, the winner must abide by, and ensure his or her companion abide by all reasonable requests of the program co-ordinator. Failure to comply may result in immediate and unconditional removal of the winner from the premises. All entrants agree that if they win the prize, they will not, and must ensure that their companion does not, sell or otherwise provide his or her story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation, including the internet. Photographs will be allowed only at the discretion of the program coordinator.
The lucky winner will have their magical portrait character footage reviewed by filmmakers for possible inclusion in one of the final Harry Potter films.
Any photography, filming or footage taken of the winner must remain the property of Warner Bros Pictures.

- Helicopter Flight: No experience is required for the introductory helicopter flights as all training will be given and a qualified instructor is present at all times. Gold Class Terms and Conditions
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age when visiting Gold Class at Greater Union MEGAPLEXES Innaloo and Marion only. Proof of identification may be required. In NSW (GU Bondi Junction, GU Macquarie) and QLD (BCC Chermside, BCC Indooroopilly & BCC Garden City), minors can attend Gold Class when accompanied by a responsible adult. - Reservations are highly recommended as we have exclusive seating for 30 - 40 guests.
- No refunds are given for Gold Class tickets or Gift Vouchers once the tickets have been booked or the gift vouchers redeemed.
